In this series of screens you will see some screenshots of Tomnium™, the Tourist Office Manager. If you wish to enlarge a screenshot, click on the image. If afterwards you wish to return to this screen, click on the enlarged image.
In Tomnium™, the Tourist Office Manager the following definitions are used.

|
Hotel, restaurant or shop owner, manager of a ski lift, boat, museum or theater, selected by the Tourist Office to show their business on Tomnium™, the Tourist Office Manager to get additional reservations and increase their revenues. |

A la carte or package Clicking the Reserve button on the tourist office website leads the tourist to this screen. The language of the site he came from determines the display language. Clicking a flag at the top right hand corner changes the display language.
A bit lower on the right he can select the season of his visit to your region. The system can now show him products that are available during this season.
In the central part of the screen he can choose between making an A la carte or Package reservation. Of course he can make a reservation combining these two options. |

Category selection In this screen the tourist can select the categories that he wants to investigate. If he checks more than one box, the system will present all companies and their products one category after the other.
Clicking Advanced search will let him add more criteria. For instance that the hotels presented have an elevator.
If he does not find the category of his choice in this screen, is that because your region does not offer it. In that case he can click at the bottom of the screen on Tourist office organisation structure. A tourist office bordering or above you in the tree structure might be able to offer the desired category. |

Search results Here the tourist can select the products he wishes to know more about. If he checks more than one box, the system will present a list of all products selected.
Clicking Advanced search lets him add more criteria. For instance that the rooms presented have a balcony. |

General presentation In the general presentation the tourist will find a description, pictures and quantitative as well as qualitative properties of the selected establishment. |

Selecting the product When the tourist chooses a product from the list of the selected establishment, he finds in this screen a description and pictures of his selection.
He enters his preferred arrival and departure dates in the calendars. The business hours of the establishment and the product are shown, but the system will flag errors and suggest alternatives.
The tourist can enter the data of the persons that will use the product with the Add button at the bottom of the screen. |

Add participants In this screen the data of the persons that will use the product are entered. As the price of a product often depends on the age of the user, it is essential to enter the date of birth.
If additional data are needed, the tourist will find the relevant fields in this screen. For instance his height if he rents skis or a bike. |

Overview In this screen the tourist finds an overview of the reservation as he has put it together so far.
In the lower part of the screen he can choose several options. If he is satisfied with his reservation, he selects the option Confirm my reservation to proceed to the payment screen. |

Who will pay? This screen opens immediately after the tourist has clicked the Confirm my reservation button. Here the data of the person paying for the reservation can be entered. If this person is one of the participants, much of this information has already been entered and his profile can be selected from the list at the top of the screen. If however, this person is not one of the participants, the information needs to be entered in the fields shown.
In order to access the tracking system, to follow the progress, to print the contract and to pay the reservation, the tourist will enter a username and password.
Finally, it is imperative that he checks the box at the bottom of the screen to indicate that he has read, understood and agrees with the general terms and conditions. If he does not check this box, he will not be able to send his reservation. |

Adding a product As long as the contract has not been signed, the tourist can add products to his reservation. He accesses his tracking system and clicks on Add one or more products to this reservation. He makes his selection from the same range of products and services offered for his original reservation. |

Contract As soon as the availability of all reserved products has been confirmed, the tourist receives an e-mail asking him to go to his tracking system. Here he can click on the button Print my contract. After signing the printed copy he returns it, including a copy of a valid identity card, to the tourist office. |

Paying the reservation When the contract, signed by the tourist, has been received at the tourist office and the date of receipt has been entered, the tourist receives an e-mail asking him to go to his tracking system. Here he clicks on the Pay the reservation button. In a new screen he finds one or more payment options, depending on the beginning date of his reservation. |

Cancellation If the tourist wishes to cancel his reservation, he needs to send a registered letter to the tourist office. Immediately after the letter is received, the date of receipt is entered into Tomnium. It will be used to calculate a possible refund, according to the cancellation conditions.
The tourist receives an e-mail asking him to go to his tracking system. Here he can click Print cancellation letter. In the form that is printed, the tourist enters his bank account data that Tomnium needs for a possible refund. Finally, he signs the completed form and sends it, with a copy of a valid proof of identity, to the tourist office. |
